What We Collect

We collect the minimum necessary to operate the service: your email address when you sign up, URLs you submit to generate battle cards, and standard analytics (page views, referral sources). We do not collect payment card data — Stripe handles all payments.

How We Use It

Your email is used to send your account confirmation, usage notifications, and (if you opt in) product updates. URLs you submit are used to crawl company websites and generate your sales materials. We cache crawled data to improve speed for future users.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your email with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not store your generated materials longer than your account is active.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies: session authentication and analytics (via Plausible, which is privacy-friendly and GDPR-compliant by default — no cookie banner required).

Data Retention

Your account data is retained while your account is active. Delete your account and we delete your data within 30 days. Cached competitive data (company profiles, feature lists) may persist as it's not personally identifiable.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account at any time by emailing us. GDPR and CCPA rights are fully honored.
